The Plan

1.     Track all food intake with a food log. You can do this on websites but since I am here at this site everyday, I might as well just track it here. Easy enough! 

2.     Start 30 Day Shred November 1, 2010 five days a week.

3.     Jan 4, start P90X … 5 days a week, 90 days takes us out about 8/9 days before we leave for the wedding!

4.     Continue the blog and track progress with photos, weigh ins, and measurements.

5.     Weigh in and share every Wednesday.

6.     To Look Like This…

GOAL WEIGHT: 112lbs @ 18% body fat.

    OMG I wanna look like that too! I just bought 30 day shred! Now if it could give me some bigger boobs as well as toning me up I’d be set but I’ll settle for having my fit body back lol :o)

    • Heck yes! I am proud of you for jumping on the wagon with us buying the DVD. It’s all about toning for us honey…but you really do already look awesome! SO AWESOME! I am so happy you are on here. I know you are busy with school and with Stephen but you should start a blog 🙂 It’s fun and keeps you totally motivated. PS- If you really want more boobs (which I haven’t seen yours in a while so I couldn’t tell you if you needed them or not), I’m sure you will be able to afford them with your fat massage therpy paychecks coming up in the next few years!

        Haha seriously I am like maybe a b-cup :o( If I was tone I would be very happy with myself even without awesome boobs lol. I watched the workout on the laptop and wow I hope I don’t cough up a lung trying to keep up! I smoke a lot so it’s going to be very challenging but I think I can do it. We’ll find out tomorrow!
