- 1 fajita chicken taco on flour tortilla with cheese, pico, and light remoulade sauce
- 1/4 cup of black beans
- 1/4 cup of spanish rice

- 5 baby carrot sticks & 5 baby broccoli pieces with 2 tbsp. ranch
- handful of purple grapes
- 2 slow cooked pork tacos with peppers, onions, light cheese, light sour cream, avocado, pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup of mexican rice
- 1/2 cup of black beans
