Thursday, November 18th

  • 1 cup Vanilla Flavored Starbucks Via instant coffee 2 tsps. half-and-half and 2 tsps. of sugar
  • 1/2 of egg and cheese sandwich on english muffin 
  • Wednesday, November 17th

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Flavored Starbucks Via instant coffee 2 tsps. half-and-half and 2 tsps. of sugar
  • 1 boiled egg white
  • 2 strawberries and handful of green grapes
  • 1/2 cup of lemon and sprearmint green tea
  • turkey and swiss spinach wrap with lettuce, tomato, pickles, no dressing.
  • handful of 0% trans fat Lay’s Potato chips with small 6 slices of jalapenos
  • 3/4 cup of garlic potato soup
  • melted ham and cheese on whole grain white
  • 1 oreo cookie
  • 1 glass of 2% milk
  • WATER: LOTS (+recommended daily intake)
  • Tuesday, November 16th

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Flavored Starbucks Via instant coffee 2 tsps. half-and-half and 2 tsps. of sugar
  • 1/2 banana
  • 6-inch turkey and ham on wheat bread w/ spinach, tomatoes, leetuce, pickels, bana peppers, oil and vingar, S&P
  • handful of Kettle Cooked Sharp Cheddar Chips
  • 1/2 sugarfree red bull
  • oven roasted lemon and rosemary chicken,  leg and 3oz. breast
  • 1/2 cup homemade mashed pototes
  • 1/2 cup roasted broccoli and carrots
  • 1 piece of whole grain white bread and butter
  • 1 oreo cookie
  • 1 glass of 2% milk
  • WATER: LOTS (+recommended daily intake)

    Wednesday, November 10th

  • 1 pkg of oatmeal
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of tuna
  • 7 whole wheat crackers
  • 1 mozzerella cheese stick
  • 10 grapes
  • lemon, rosemary chicken
  • homemade mashed pototes
  • roasted broccoli and carrots
  • GRADE: B

    Thursday, November 4th

    • 1/2 cup Vanilla Flavored Starbucks Via instant coffee 2 tsps. half-and-half and 2 tsps. of sugar
    • 1/2 of veggie egg white omelet 
    • 1 piece of wheat toast
    • 1- 8oz. glass of Tropicana orange juice, no pulp
    • handful of edemame
    • 1 pork gyoza
    • 1 lobster roll
    • 1 1/2 cups of green tea
    • handful of fruit snacks
    • Tilapia Florentine: 1 FRIED tilapia filet with w/ sauteed spinach, mushroms, and garlic, and 1/2 cup of angel hair pasta (doused in butter I believe)
    • 1 small house salad w/ ranch (lettuce, cabbage, and light ranch — 2tbsp.)
    • WATER: 6- 8oz. glasses

    GRADE: C-

    Wednesday, November 3rd

    • 1 cup Vanilla Flavored Starbucks Via instant coffee 2 tsps. half-and-half and 2 tsps. of sugar
    • 1/2 white bagel with 1 tbsp. margerine
    • turkey and provolone sandwich on rye, with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and 1 tbsp. mayo
    • handful of purple grapes
    • about 10 sugar free fruit snacks
    • 1/2 cup of coffee with powder creamer and 2 tsps of sugar
    • 1 fajita chicken taco on flour tortilla with cheese, pico, and light remoulade sauce
    • 1/4 cup of black beans
    • 1/4 cup of spanish rice
    • WATER: TONS!

    Tuesday, November 2nd

    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup Vanilla Flavored Starbucks Via instant coffee w/powder creamer and 2 tsps of sugar
    • 1/2 turkey, havarti cheese, lettuce, and tomato sandwich with 1 tbsp. dressing on wheat bread
    • 1/3 cup of potato soup (Campbells Chunky)
    • 5 baby carrot sticks & 5 baby broccoli pieces with 2 tbsp. ranch
    • handful of purple grapes
    • 2 slow cooked pork tacos with peppers, onions, light cheese, light sour cream, avocado, pico de gallo
    • 1/2 cup of mexican rice
    • 1/2 cup of black beans
    • WATER: 8 glasses, ICED TEA: 2 glasses

    GRADE: B-

    Monday, November 1st

    • 1 tall Skinny, Vailla Latte (no foam) 
    • approx. 1 cup of Tortilla Soup (Qdoba)
    • 1 chicken taco salad (no cheese or sour cream~Qdoba)
    • 1 mozzerella cheese stick
    • 1 grilled tilapia filet
    • 1/2 cup of green beans (lightly buttered)
    • 1/2 cup of white rice
    • 1 side dinner salad (lettuce, tomotoes, broccoli, baby carrots, sprinkle of shredded parm. cheese) w/ 3 tbps of light house Italian dressing

    GRADE: B

    Wednesday, October 20th

    • 1 quarter-inch slice of banana but bread
    • 1 cup Vanilla Flavored Starbucks Via instant coffee w/powder creamer and 2 tsps of sugar
    • Turkey, avocado, and cheese sandwich with 1 tbsp. japapeno mayo, lettuce, and tomato
    • pickle spear
    • 1/2 cup green leaf salad with onion, diced tomatoes, and 3 tbsp. ranch dressing
    • 12oz. Ace Pear
    • 6oz. diet sprite
    • handful of edemame beans
    • 1 1/2 cups of house salad (green leaf lettuce, cheese, bacon crumbles, diced tomatoes, croutons) and 3 tbsp. ranch dressing
    • 7 boiled shrimp with spicy roumalade sauce
    • 3 glasses of YellowTail Merlot
    • WATER: 8 glasses

    GRADE: D
